Delivery Process

Every product goes through a final quality check before being securely packed and handed over to our delivery team.
We follow a ‘Closed Box Delivery’ policy to ensure product authenticity, protect your privacy, and prevent tampering.

📦 Packaging

All products are carefully wrapped in protective cardboard boxes with the invoice inside. Each item is individually secured for safe transit.

💸 Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳140

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

In case of delays due to natural disasters, political unrest, or traffic issues, our Customer Relations Team will notify you promptly.
