How is the delivery process done?

The product has to be processed with utmost precision while maintaining a positive mindset.

After the final quality check, the product is packed and handed over to our delivery department.

The delivery team will deliver the products to you as soon as possible. If they are unable to contact you or cannot reach the address you provided, the delivery team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
We offer ‘Closed Box Delivery’We follow the policy. This is very important to ensure the authenticity of the product, maintain customer privacy, and prevent product adulteration or any kind of alteration.
How are the products packaged?
We wrap the products in cardboard boxes along with your invoice. Each product is carefully packaged individually.

What is the delivery charge?
Within Dhaka: 70 Taka
Outside Dhaka: 140 Taka

How long does it take to deliver?
Within Dhaka: 1 – 2 days
Outside Dhaka: 2 – 3 days
If there is a delay in delivery due to natural disasters, political situations, traffic issues or any other disruption, the Customer Relations Team will inform you about it.
